Amber earned her Bachelor of Arts from Concordia College majoring in Political Science and minoring in Coaching. While at Concordia she was a member of the Women's Basketball team. Following graduation she pursued her passion for law by attending Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. While there she participated in Mitchell Mentors, served as a student ambassador, and participated in Mitchell's Medical Legal Partnership Clinic.
Amber has spent her career handling complex cases in areas such as corporate and business law, construction and real estate litigation, and contract disputes. Her exceptional negotiation skills and ability to craft persuasive arguments led to a high level of trial and settlement success.

Jacqueline Nafstad is an Associate Attorney with a diverse background in various areas of law. As a recent graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Jacqueline combines academic excellence with a strong commitment to client service and community engagement.
Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Individualized Studies from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities majoring in Philosophy, Communications, and Global Studies. After graduation, she attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
During law school, she served as Vice President of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, where she worked on initiatives to provide volunteer legal services to underserved communities. As Career Coordinator for the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, she helped foster career development opportunities for fellow students interested in intellectual property law. Additionally, Jacqueline contributed to Mitchell Hamline’s Journal of Public Policy and Practice, where she served as Articles and Publication Editor and authored the article titled “New Jim Crow of the North: CFOs, Nuisance, and Neosegregation,” and participated in the Civil Advocacy Clinic.
Areas of Interest: Jacqueline’s legal interests are wide-ranging, with a particular focus on civil litigation, contract law, business law, intellectual property law, and entertainment law.
